The IMPACT Marketing System™

The IMPACT Marketing System™

A marketing system is the connected set of ads, website pages, tracking and CRM automation that turns attention into measurable revenue. IMPACT is the six-layer framework we use to build one.

What is a marketing system?

Definition

A marketing system is a connected stack (paid and organic media, conversion-focused pages, attribution tracking and CRM automation) engineered so that data flows between each part. Unlike a set of separate campaigns, a system measures cost per customer, follows up automatically and improves every month.

Why campaigns stall and systems compound. Campaigns end. Systems learn. When the ad account, the landing page, the tracking and the follow-up are designed together, each layer makes the others cheaper: better tracking trains better bidding, better pages lower cost per lead, faster follow-up raises close rates.

That compounding effect is what clients buy from us, and why we report cost per patient, job or order instead of clicks.

[02] The six layers

The six layers of a marketing system

What each layer is, why it matters, what we deliver, the number we judge it by and a result it produced. The wheel follows you as you scroll.

Layer 01

Insight: audit and strategy

Audit and strategy: find the leaks and map every fix to a revenue goal.

A 40-point audit of ads, tracking, pages and follow-up, plus competitor and market research.

Why it matters: Without a baseline, every later change is a guess. The audit shows where revenue leaks and what each fix is worth.

Deliverable
A 90-day roadmap tied to revenue targets
KPI
Baseline cost per customer
5.6×

Layer 02

Media: ads and search visibility

Demand capture and creation where buyers are ready to act.

Google, Meta, YouTube and TikTok ads, SEO and AI-search visibility, prioritized by buyer intent.

Why it matters: Media is where money leaves the business. Intent-first structure stops paying for clicks that were never going to buy.

Deliverable
Account architecture and a content plan
KPI
Qualified inquiries at target cost
83.3K

purchases in nine months at a $0.64 cost per conversion across Google, Bing and YouTube for Direct Bed.

Layer 03

Pages: websites and landing pages

Pages engineered to turn attention into action.

Conversion-built websites and landing pages matched to each ad group and search intent.

Why it matters: The same click costs less when the page converts better. Pages are the cheapest place to lower cost per lead.

Deliverable
Pages, tests and a speed budget
KPI
Conversion rate and cost per lead

Layer 04

Attribution: tracking and measurement

One source of truth from click to customer.

GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, call tracking, the Meta Conversions API and offline conversion imports.

Why it matters: Ad platforms optimize toward whatever you count. Clean signals teach bidding to find customers instead of cheap form fills.

Deliverable
A tracking plan and QA’d containers
KPI

Layer 05

CRM & Automation: follow-up and nurture

Follow-up that happens in minutes, every time.

Speed-to-lead texts, nurture sequences, appointment reminders, review requests and reactivation.

Why it matters: Leads go cold fast. In a Harvard Business Review study, firms that contacted leads within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to qualify them as firms that waited longer.

Deliverable
Pipelines and workflows in GoHighLevel, HubSpot or Odoo
KPI
Contact rate, show rate, close rate
7×

more likely to qualify a lead when it is contacted within an hour.

Harvard Business Review, 2011

Layer 06

Tuning: testing and reporting

Weekly tests and monthly revenue reviews that compound.

Weekly experiments and monthly reviews against cost per patient, job or order.

Why it matters: Systems compound only if someone moves budget to what works and retires what doesn’t, every month.

Deliverable
A test log and a reallocation plan
KPI
Blended CAC and ROAS
Services

[07] The architect

Dr. Muhammad Abdullah designed IMPACT after eight years inside ad accounts.

IMPACT started as a checklist of the gaps Dr. Abdullah kept finding: ads optimizing for the wrong conversion, pages nobody tested, tracking nobody owned, leads nobody called back. He turned the fixes into one framework, and every Impact Brains system still starts on his whiteboard.

“Campaigns end. Systems learn. My job is to make sure every layer teaches the next one.”

What are the parts of a marketing system?

Six layers: Insight (audit and strategy), Media (ads, SEO and AI search), Pages (websites and landing pages), Attribution (GA4, GTM, server-side and call tracking), CRM & Automation (follow-up and nurture), and Tuning (testing and reporting on cost per customer).

What does IMPACT stand for?

IMPACT stands for Insight, Media, Pages, Attribution, CRM & Automation and Tuning. It is the framework Impact Brains uses to design, build and run every client’s marketing system, created by founder Dr. Muhammad Abdullah.

How long does it take to build a marketing system?

A first version usually takes 30 to 45 days: audit in week one, tracking and pages in weeks two to four, and a phased ad launch after that. The system then improves through weekly tests and monthly reviews.

Do I need to replace my current website or CRM?

Not always. We audit what you have first. Many clients keep their CRM and website and we rebuild only the layers that leak revenue, most often tracking, landing pages and follow-up speed.

Is a marketing system only for big companies?

No. It suits any business where a customer is worth enough to justify measuring, typically practices and service companies spending $5,000+ a month on ads. The system scales down to a single location and up to multi-location groups.
