Standardized GTM container structure — naming conventions, folders, and triggers — rolled out account-wide
Server-side GTM (sGTM via Stape.io) deployed for high-priority accounts needing durable, privacy-resilient tracking
Platform-matched conversion tracking — Meta CAPI, Google Ads conversion tracking, TikTok Conversions API, and Yandex Metrica — chosen per client's ad mix and market
GTM forms tracking, call tracking with Google forwarding numbers, and appointment tracking so every lead type attributes correctly
Offline conversion tracking to feed closed-won outcomes back into Google Ads and Meta bidding
Ongoing QA — regular audits across all 50+ accounts catch broken tags from site updates before they cost ad spend
